deal with,do with

1)兩者都可以表示“處理、處理、處理、安排”，但deal不如物動詞，可以與how連用；do是和物動詞，只有與what連用才能表示上述意義，不能單獨使用。對比：We don’t know what to do with the waste materials./We don’t know how to deal with the waste materials.
