　　大熊貓不在高處活動，一般都在陸地上生活，跟松鼠相反。大熊貓性情孤僻，喜歡獨居，并常常因為季節的變化改變居住的地方，沒有固定的居住點。春天一般呆在3000米以上的高山竹林里。夏天遷到竹枝鮮嫩的陰坡處。秋天搬到向陽山坡上準備過冬。
