從走出大學校門的那天起，我就下決心當一名優秀的教師，這兩年來也一直為之探索努力著。什么樣的老師才是優秀的老師？有人會說，一個優秀的教師是一個知識淵博、容貌端莊、風度高雅、體格健康的人。

但我認為，要成為一名優秀的老師，首先，愛他的學生的老師不是一個好老師，而學生永遠也不會歡迎他。

陶行知先生說：“沒有愛就沒有教育。”熱愛學生，不僅是一名教師人品、學識、情感與親和力的展現，實際上更多的是傾注了我們教師對祖國、對人類、對未來的熱愛。

因為有愛，我們才有耐心；因為有愛，我們才會關心；因為有愛，我們才和同學貼心。愛學生成長過程中的每一個微小的“閃光點”，實際上是我們教師最大的樂趣。

但教師的愛并不是盲目的。愛是一門藝術。我們不僅要能夠去愛，而且要善于去愛。“愛”要一視同仁。學生不富也不窮。他們有同樣的智慧和熱情，同樣的被愛的權利。我們應該用同樣的心去愛他們。

“愛”要以愛動其心，以嚴導其行。在這方面，我們學校的許多老教師為我們樹立了榜樣，指明了方向。她們疼自己的學生嗎？

疼。有的老師把生病的學生帶回家照顧；有些老師經常給窮學生穿衣服；有的老師甚至為同學擠大便。她們都在學生身上傾注了愛心，但是她們對學生的要求也是非常嚴格的，不放過一點小錯誤，及時進行教育，以促其不斷進步，這才是善愛。

“愛”要以理解，尊重，信任為基礎。平等、民主、理解、尊重和信任將使我們更容易進入學生的內心，更好地幫助他們進步。

付出愛的過程是甜蜜的，付出愛的道路是艱難的。我曾為學生不學習而大動肝火；曾為半夜找不到學生而心焦如焚；他為學生的思想工作絞盡腦汁；曾為學生的不理解而心酸流淚。我猶豫、沮喪，有時會問自己，與研究生或其他工作的同學相比，我是否太累了。

但是當看到學生們體會到老師的苦心奮起直追，成績進步時；當你看到學生們關心的目光，聽到他們親切的問候時，你生病了；當聽到他們驕傲的談起“我們老班……”時；當經過自己和同學們努力班級取得成績時，一種感動和自豪就會油然而生，原來付出就有收獲，愛的付出就有愛的回報。這時，我點燃了工作的熱情，對自己的事業充滿了奉獻。我想雖然我的工作做的并不優秀，離“名師”的目標還有相當大的距離；雖然可能我的事業永遠也不能夠轟轟烈烈，驚天動地，但我的工作充滿著希望，決定著未來，所以我會始終堅持用心去做，用愛心耕耘終生。

阿姨佝僂著腰，認真的掃著雪，我走過去說：“阿姨，這么冷的天，這么晚了，不會來人檢查的，你該下班了，等明天一早來掃不行嗎?”阿姨卻一臉嚴肅地說：
